It was celebrated on January 7th, commemorating January 7th 1929, however it wasn't a public holiday.

Check Varaždin newspaper Hrvatsko jedinstvo, No. 8, 1944 (VIII), p. 2 => "15-godišnjica osnutka Ustaškog pokreta"
