What is your favorite nazi slogan? My favorite was said by the SA when the NSDAP first came to power. "Today we own Germany, tomarrow the whole world."

This is not a party slogan, but I read that it was popular with the women of Berlin towards the end:'Better an Ivan on the belly than a bullet in the head."

That's NOT what the slogan ( line from a song) was. It was Today Germany LISTENS to us, and tomorrow the whole world. ( Then heute ja höhrt uns Deutschland, und morgen die ganze Welt). Just to set the record straight. HN.

That must be a mistake in the translation then, HaEn. I guess that everyone has heard "Ein Volk, ein Reich, ein Führer!" before so therefore I post it. It's not a favourite of mine but it's probably the best known slogan.

"Ein Volk, ein Reich, ein Führer!"

I think that sums things up as well as any motto can. The original U.S. national motto "E Pluribus Unum" isn't bad either.

This one, though I don't agree,
sticks in my mind
'wenn ich das Wort 'Kultur' hoere,
greife ich nach meinem Revolver.'

'...when I hear the word 'culture'
I reach for my revolver...'

Ha En:

I remember the song as:
'Denn heute noch gehoert uns Deutschland -
und morgen schon die ganze Welt !'

wasn't in the same song
the line:
'es zittern die morschen Knochen..?'

greetings,

...peter

"Unsere Mauern brechen, aber unsere Herzen nicht."
(= "Our walls may break, but not our hearts.")

I always thought this one rather effective; and even if it is a Nazi propaganda slogan, I must admit it did come to my mind after 11 September 01.

Nuplicid, that was not a slogan but rather a part of the national anthem -45.

NICHT WANKEN, NICHT SCHWANKEN,
NUR EINEN GEDANKEN:
VORWÄRTS - UND DURCH

Fahnenspruch der I. Abteilung Panzer Regiment 35 (of the great 4th Panzer Division!) :D

EHRE KANNST DU NIRGENDS BORGEN,
DAFÜR MUSST DU SELBER SORGEN!

Fahnenspruch der II. Abteilung, Panzer Regiment 35 (of the glorious 4th Panzer Division). :)
