Fuhrer Fabrik 1943 ? does it exist ?

Dear forum members, I am trying to do some digging into Fuhrer Fabrik but all I can seem to find on the internet are links to fake knives and compasses. Can anyone tell me if it is real or are all items marked with Fuhrer Fabrik complete fantasy ?
