I don't recall if any photos have been in this thread, but you can find some here:

This tunnel exit to the left (in the valley) is the exit at the end of the long exit tunnel at the bottom of the Hotel zum Türken Bunker, behind the iron bar grill door.

All,

There is a copy of the modern-made Berghof architectural plans currently on ebay.de - http://www.ebay.de/itm/Bauskizzen-Hitle ... 1516711691? . (These are not copies of the original plans, but modern redrawings.)

Like you, I have a great interest in the History of World War II and Nazi Germany. I would love to have the Architectural Plans of The Berghof that you posted. Can you send them to me or, perhaps, tell me where I can download them. This would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Paul Farrell, San Antoine, [email protected], text 2108540945

Anyone know what this is? I took the photo in the late 1970s and was back on the Obersalzberg in 2010 and don't remember seeing it.

Looks like what's left of the Hotel General Walker?

I don't think so, Johnnyrocket, as the General Walker was still there at the time. Someone may have told me it was adjutants' quarters or I may have just dreamt it. Geoff will know.

Yep - quarters of the Luftwaffe adjutant Gen. Karl Bodenschatz and staff. Located down the hill from Goering's house. It's still there - private apartments now.

If anyone has the opportunity to buy Hitler, Göring And The Obersalzberg - Dr. B Frank /Verlag Plenk.
I recommend buying this book.

Its not only a tourist kind of book of the era but also an memoir of the Commander of the Obersalzberg.
Interesting reading however, the translation is almost like speaking to someone that English is not
their first language. Had to think sometimes about what they were saying :-)

Hi,
after some time I visited Geoffs website again (the best place for my current project) and Im wondering myself if there is a pic with all buildings of the OSB after the bombing 1945. On Geoffs site are many picture crops like this
Image
or that
Image
taken from the air with several buildings. But all pics have another size and so I cant put them all together. Now Im searching for a pic with all buildings together. Geoff wrote as source (U.S. National Archives). I tried to find a pic (from Antenberg to Klaushöhe) over the internet but no way. Also I had many books, but no one had a pic like this. After my visit on the OSB last year I had a lot of pictures from today and I create a Photobook for myself as a "now and than" with old pictures. In this project I want to put a Google maps satelite view and a pic with all buildings after the bombing. Has anyone a link for me or a source?
Many Greetings
Timo

FYI:

This link might have been posted earlier here on this tread (?).

I was just looking over again, and saw some interesting new images I've forgotten I've seen.
