Handwerkskammer was formed 1932 from previously existing organisations of Guilds and Journeymen and Apprentices The Guilds were transferred into Fachverbande and the committees became a branch of the DAF Georg Wilhelm Schmidt appointed 13 regional deputies responsible for all artisan questions in their regions. The Deutschen Handwerk-und Gewerbekammerstages formed 26.1.33. Schmidt was appointed Reichshandwerksführer 26.1.34 by Dr Kurt Schmitt

-Thanks for the info, but I was looking for the Hauptamt für Handwerk und Handel. The answers for this Main Office are all over the place and I can't figure out what is right!!! Adrian von Renteln's Reichstag bio has him Heading this office no earlier than (1936), but a lot of sources state that Renteln did not take over this office until (1940). I think most of those sources have it mixed up, because the office moved from Munich to to Berlin in (1940) and Renteln is listed as Hauptamtsleiter des Hauptamts für Handwerk und Handel in the 1937 Munich Yearbook. I also have sources that have Renteln as Head of the Main Office as early as (May 3,1933), but Renteln's 1933 Reichstag bio lists him as Amtsleiter der NSDAP und Führer der NS-Handwerks-, Handels- und Gewerbeorganisation or (NS-Hago). So this is where it gets really confusing!!!!! Supposedly the Reichsstände des Deutschen Handwerks und des deutschen Handels were founded May 3,1933 so I think that is where some sources are incorrect in stating that Renteln was appointed Head of the Hauptamt on May 3,1933. Then in (August 1933) the Reichsstände des deutschen Handwerks und Handels became NS-Hago (I Think!!!) with Renteln as it's Head. Finally , I have a source that states that NS-Hago was renamed the Hauptamt für Handwerk und Handel on (February 18,1936) and that coincides with Renteln's Reichstag Bio. So, maybe the Hauptamt was founded February 18,1936 with Renteln at the helm but I am still unsure of this. If you or anyone can clearify this clusterf##k of info I would really be greatful!!!

-If someone can correct me then please do so, but as far as I can tell the Amt fur Forstwirtschaft and the Reichsforstamt were one in the same. Founded (July 3,1934) by Hermann Göring. Göring was Leiter of the Amt from (July 3,1934-April 23,1945) and held the rank of Reichsforstmeister and Reichsjägermeister. This rank gave Göring the position and authority on par with a Reichsminister. I know that Willi Parchman served as Deputy Head of the Reichsforstamt, but I do not have his appointment date. I do know that Parchmann died (May 13,1943), but I do not know who his successor was. Can anyone tell me who Parchmann's successor was? If anyone can verify this info or debunk it then please do so. I have had a lot of trouble finding info on the Amt für Forstwirtschaft!!!

-Can anyone tell me if the Wehrpolitischen Amt der NSDAP was disbanded in 1935? I know that Ritter von Epp was Leiter of the Office from (September 8,1932-December 31,1935) but after that I can not find anything on it. I know that it was attached to the Supreme SA-Headquarters, but not much more than that. If anyone has any info on the Amt then please post it!!!

-I think I need to make a change to my list at the beginning of Abteilung Volksgesundheit der NSDAP. I want to be sure first!!!! I have come across a source listing Dr. Bernhard Hormann as Leiter der Abteilung Volksgesunndheit der NSDAP der ROL 3 from (June 1932-1933). Can anyone verify this? I had Dr. Wagner as Head during this time ,but I was not positive. Is (June 1932) the founding date for the Abteilung? Can anyone verify this? I had just 1932 as the founding date so if I can get a more specific date it would be great!!!!

It went straight from an Abteilung to a Hauptamt and it's founding date was (June 16,1934) not (1937) like I had above. I have made a few more corrections to the whole list as well.
