Oberbereichsleiter Gottlieb Pfeiffer

On page 174 in Roland Kaltenegger's book "Operationszone "Adriatisches Küstenland"" there is a reproductions of an invitation to some celebrations on January 30, 1945, of the Machtergreifung. It is signed Pfeiffer, Oberbereichsleiter der NSDAP and Kreisleiter der Provinzgruppe Triest der Operationszone "Adriatisches Küstenland" - who was this Pfeiffer? Yes, quite sure the former Kreisleiter of Wangen in Allgau from at least 1933 is the same man.

Hi there, not sure whether this thread will be monitored but I have more information regarding Gotllieb Pfeiffer (I think). My great grandfather served in the 2nd New Zealand Expeditionary force and was involved in the taking of Trieste when Pfeiffer was Kreisleiter, and he brought home, what I believe to be Gottlieb Pfeiffer's NSDAP Kreisleiter hat after killing him during the attacks and eventual German surrender, and I've been trying to find information about him.
