I agree with Daluege - I don't know the man in the middle; the man on the left I know, but I can't come up with the name. I end up with Alfred Proksch, but I'm not sure he's the one I'm thinking about …

Thank you, Manfred! I had never heard of Artur, so this is great information for the eventual 4th volume of "Gauleiter" (which includes a biography of Kurt Daluege, Stellvertretender Gauleiter des Gaues Berlin-Brandenburg der NSDAP, 01.11.1926-01.10.1928).
