Bezirk Bialystok Civil Administration

I am in the process of acquiring an Arbeitsausweis for Bezirk Bialystok dated 1942-43. I like to do background research on my documents and was looking into who ran the government in Bialystok during that time period. I found out that Erich Koch was the nominal Chef der Zivilverwaltung, however, day-to-day activities were handled by his permanent deputy head of the NSDAP in Königsberg, East Prussia, Waldemar Magunia from 15 August 1941 until 31 January 1942. He was replaced on 1 February 1942 until 27 July 1944 by Friedrich de Brix, Landrat (District Mayor) (Landratsamt) of Tilsit. Does anyone have a photograph of Waldemar Magunia and a photograph of Friedrich de Brix that I may use in my documents book? I will give you full credit for the photo(s). Thanks in advance.
