Alte Kämpfer: Photo ID Please?

Possibly a newbie question but I'm wondering who are these "Alte Kämpfer" and what is the occasion? Parteitag?

This was taken at the 1937 Reichsparteitag. Left to Right: Reichsleiters Philippp Bouhler, Walter Buch, Wilhelm Grimm all in SS uniform. Then Wilhelm von Holzschuher also in SS-Gruppenführer uniform.

The person seen between Bouhler and Buch in the row behind could be Gauleiter Dr. Otto Hellmuth, and the person seen between Buch and Grimm in the row behind looks like Reichsarbeitsführer Konstantin Hierl. A great photo.

The gauleiter is Rudolf Jordan not Hellmuth. And that is definitely NOT Hierl.
