Wilhelm Reinhard Question

Bruce Campbell, in his book "The SA Generals and the Rise of Nazism," indicates that Wilhelm Reinhard (the Reichsführer des NS-Deutschen Reichskriegerbundes "Kyffhäuser" and future SS-Obergruppenführer) had risen to the rank of SA-Gruppenführer. He is also listed as SA-Gruppenführer in the following thread, posted by Andreas Schulz (http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic. ... rd#p324768). Does anyone know the promotion date to that SA rank?

Hi Georges,
You've basically right - but Reinhard was appointed with effect from 01.11.1933.
Ernannt mit Führerbefehl Nr. 30 vom 1. Dezember 1933 (letzte Seite / unter Pkt. 30 SA-Reserve II)
[Appointed with Leader-Order No. 30 dated 1st December 1933 (last page / item 30 SA Reserve II)]
