Is the photo below the future Gauleiter Karl Gerland? It was taken at a 1933 event with Gauleiter Karl Weinrich, and I know that Gerland was Gaupropagandaleiter of Gau Hessen-Nassau-Nord at the time (Weinrich was Gauleiter). Source: NARA
