Who could be the Staatssekretär on the right of this image. I belive that could be Friedrich Syrup, because in the middle appears Franz Seldte, and Syrup was State Secretary on Labour Ministry, but I'm not sure.

Are you certain about that, Mark? Googling "Friedrich Syrup" produces only one photo of that person and it looks nothing like the man on the right of this photo...at least as I see him.
