This photo from Economy/German Railways in the East topic
http://forum.axishistory.com/download/f ... &mode=view
was taken in Nov 1939 during repairs to Vistula river railroad brigde near Deblin in GG. Original description of the photo has names: Beck, Leferenz, du Bois-Reymond.

Beck is possible Emil Beck - Generaldirektor der Gedob from Nov 1939 to Feb 1940.
Not sure about others. Anyone?

In 1944 he was already Hauptabschnittsleiter der NSDAP and Kreisleiter of Olmütz.

Does anyone have the years of life of Emil Gassner....ex. 1890-1945? I’m trying to find out if this is the same person mentioned in Hanfstaengl’s memoirs only misspelled in that book as “Emil Gannser”.

I believe the person referred to in Hanfstaengl's memoirs may be Dr. Emil Gansser (7.10.1874 - 9.10.1941), a member of the Reichstag in the 1920's and early NSDAP member (Nr. 3 061, joined Mar.1921).

Thank you! Your post is much appreciated. I always wanted to know who this guy was noe I know. Obviously not the same as the General Govt person so there’s no confusing the two. Just similar names. Emil Gassner was Hans Frank

Hi

the photos of Wachter were taken after 16 May 1944 when he was promoted to SS-Gruppenführer and before 27 July when Galicia was occupied by the Soviets

Nov.1939 authority structure in GG. That funny spelling of Globocnik name again.
Chart made at RSHA. Not sure if it's drawn correctly...
