I found in a old diary from a secretary, who was in Rogozno, Lublin , the names: Lothar von Seltmann, Lublin, Ostlandstr.,
- are there any dates about him?

and the name :August Nowak , SS-und Pol.Führer, Lublin
-are there any dates ?

SS-Ustuf Lothar von Seltman was an austrian member of the staff of Globocnick (born 12.01.1917 to Vienna).
He was in charge of ethnic german (Volksdeutsche) communication in relation of settling ethnic germans in the Zamosc Land on 42-43

another source state he was a former HJ Gefolgsch.F with Volksdeutsche Mittelstelle in Zamosc at the beginning of the war.

and in that case I found a pic , named "Cholm". Could be anyone can identifie some of the Soldiers on it. (Lookes for me like a school or Kindergarten ).?

Sorry no trace of this official being an SS-Standartenführer should it be SA-Staf.
