i heard that goebbels and hitler were very popular with women and so many of the leaders had mistresses, were women attracted to their celebrity or power status?

For Goebbels this was certainly the case. It was well known, that young female actors, who wanted to participate in a UFA movie, were "examined" by the boss himself. I don't think that they slept with him because of his beautiful feet.

His surname was "Der Bock von Babelsberg" ( the fornicator of Babelsberg). Babelsberg was at that time the equivalent of Hollywood in the USA.

Well, Himmler doesn't look so bad! Serious! Some pics are a bit weird, but he was slender, no strange marks in his face, well developped nose, normal lips, no wrinkles, blue/grey eyes. Nice smile and when he wears the pince-nez he looks pretty handsome in his black uniform!

Only thing: he was middle sized, not broad shouldered and no chin, but apart from that I think he looked allright.
Better than Goering, Goebbels or Bormann! I think Heydrich was ugly, chech that nose!!
