First two chapters and some more tables (will be futher edited):

1. History and political order
The German Empire followed the Germanic state foundations of the early Middle Ages. His period of bloom began under the domination of the Saxon Emperor House, in particular among Heinrich I. (919-936) and Otto the Grosse (936-973). In the late Middle Ages the empire power was weakened by the strengthening of the local sovereigns more and more. At the beginning of the modern times this development was sped up by the religious movements; it ended finally in the time of the Napoleonic wars with the dissolution of the empire. In 1806 the Habsburger Franz II. laid down the German Imperial Crown.
In the year 1871 the German empire was founded through alliance of the North German and south-German states. It was a Federal state up to the year 1918. The king of Prussians was in front as a German Emperor- Wilhelm 1st 1871-1888, Friedrich IIIth 1888, Wilhelm Il. 1888-1918. The empire's territory surface was 541.000 square kilometers. The number of inhabitants was (1871) 40.997.000 and in 1914 67.790.000. Except for the colonia possession.
From 1918 to 1933 the German Empire<was a republic. The Weimar constitution (1919) was basis of the political order. Ebert 1918-1925 was empire president and von Hindenburg 1925-1934. The empire had been reduced by the Versailler dictation on 468.620 square kilometers. The number of inhabitants was in 1925 62.568.000 and 1933 65.336.000.
Since the accession to power through the national socialism on 30th January 1933 the German Empire is an authoritarian nation state. Adolf Hitler is in front as Führer and empire chancellor. The political order is established according to the national socialist Führer principle . The Führer has the confidence of the nation community and realizes their will. The Führer gives the laws. He is also high commander of the Wehrmacht. The empire ministers are called by the Führer. They take over the guarantee for their correctness and for their proper realization through countersignature of the laws. The Reichstag is elected after the general, same, direct and secret voting method. The proposal< of the NSDAP underlies the votings. The diversity of the parties and the decision according to the majority principle were removed. With< important laws the Reichstag gives approval. Also it<serves as a forum for the acceptance of decisive declarations of the Führer.
The empire< construction corresponds to the thought of the unit state. All state power< is in the empire. The countries do not have either independent< governments or House of Representatives. They are administered by empire governors

The empire< governors are appointed by the Führer and empire< chancellor as continuous representatives of the empire government. The central governments are only executive organs of the empire. In this way a homogeneous and forceful Führership is possible. Also all troubles are removed by particularist interest politics which formerly brought a lot of disaster to the German nation .
The population consists of empire citizens and citizens. Only the empire citizens are carriers of the full political rights. Empire citizens are all citizens of blood German and of related species who the German nation uses in faith. Other persons, in particular Jews, can be only citizens.
Empire capital is Berlin.
Empire colors are black on white reds. Empire flag is the swastika flag. Empire coat of arms is the national emblem of the NSDAP national anthem is the Germany song and the Horst Wessel song.

2. Program and construction of the party (NSDAP)
The program was announced by the Führer Adolf Hitler on the 24th February 1920, according to renaming of the "German Labor Party" into "National Socialist German Labor Party", in Munich. It is the political foundation of the party and since the power takeover 1933 also the political Basic Law of the state, guaranteed through law "Unity of party and state". The program covers 24 points, that were realized to a large extent since 1933 beyond the fundamental details, the foreign policy principles at last through the war successes 1939 and 1940/ It is Striven to the outside and inside to a free empire and a free nation. Is demanded: Elimination of the peace dictations, alliance of all Germans to a major Germany; Country and Boden (Colonies) for the laying out and feeding> protection; only Deutschblütige can be empire citizen participating in the state leadership ; neutralisation of the Jews, abolition of the parliamentarism; Duty of every citizen, to create physically and intellectually; Abolition of the effortless uncome (War profits!), the interest servitude, the Vertrustung, generous occupational pension scheme; on the basis of the private property protection of the ground; Promotion of the youth and the national health; general compulsory military service; Fight against the political lie; Creation of a German press; Freedom of all religious confessions, as far as they do not endanger the state; Substitute of the roman right through German common right; Fight against materialistic thinking and Jewish-Marxist spirit on all fields of the economy, social policy, art, science and philosophy; Elimination of Class warfare and caste conceit; through application of the basic principle: "Common interest goes for self-interest" a real nation community is supposed to arise.
The organization - the Führer of the party who at the same time is Führer of the nation, empire chancellor and supreme commander of the Wehrmacht is in front. The party has their seat in Munich. In 1941 the party-office is created by officials. So the application of national socialist basic principles is safeguarded in the state through his statutes and his executive organs. The party-office adapts all questions of the party and the state in two sectors. For the professional and objective leadership tasks of the party and empire. Leaders who are responsible to the Führer:
Bouhler, head of the office of the Führer (NSDAP);
Bormann, head of the party-office;
Ley, empire organization leader;
Book, uppermost party judge;
Schwarz, empire treasurer;
Göbbels, empire propaganda leader;
Dietrich, empire press Führer;
Amann, empire leader< for the press;
Rosenberg, representative for the supervision of the entire intellectual and world- vivid education and leader of the Foreign Policy Office;
Darr, leader of the office for agrarian policy<;
Frank, leader< of the empire justice;
Fiehler, leader< of the main office for local politics;
v. Epp, leader of the Colonial-Political Office;
Lutze, chief of staff of the SA;
Himmler, Reichsführer-SS;
Hühnlein, corps Führer of the NSKK. ;
v. Schirach, empire< leader for youth education
Hierl, Führer of the empire labour> service;
Frick, Führer of the Reichstag faction of the NSDAP.

The empire management: The organs of the empire management subjecting to these empire< leaders as well as the single<A[single|individual]> representatives existing next to that and commissions stayed the task, about the offices subordinated to them in the districts, circles, local groups in touch as narrow as possible with the life of the nation and to arrange all life fields according to the national socialist Führership, achievement and selection basic principles and to arrange with the objective of a maximum strengthening and protection of the German nation. That is used for the political organization of the party whose carriers are the Political leaders further the arrangements (SA, SS., Hitler youth, NS woman shaft, NSD.-Studentenbund and NSD.-Dozentenbund) and the connected associations>, e.g. the German Work> Front<, that works work and social-political in all companies (e.g. KdF) being in charge, that carries out NS nation welfare, the volkspflegerische care and the winterhilfe social aid, the empire Federal Government German Beamten, the NS teacher Federal Government, the NS-Rechtswahrerbund and similar organizations for all life fields. The district exterior (A.O. of the NSDAP) and the NS airman corps take a special meaning.
The political organization contains< 41 districts, 822 circles, 27.989 local groups, 92.696 cells, 481.875 blocks (State of the 1st September 1939). In the block all party members are in charge all nation comrades living there. The block leader> is therefore the lowest Führership< position; he has to look after up to 200 people. The organization goes on geographically. The cell leaders, the local group Führers<, the circular leader follow, the Stellvertreten the district leader, the district leader. They are responsible for the unit of the political will in their territory as the "sovereignty carriers of the NSDAP". The district leaders are directly responsible to the Führer and/or his deputy. The organizational division of the arrangements< follows the political one.
In the political organization as in the arrangementsone distinguishes ranks and po sitions, exactly as in every military organization (z. B. Hauptmann and company Führers). Positions correspond to the represented organization. For the empire management and for the their subordinated offices with districts, circles and local groups it gives employee, auxiliary place leader<>, p, chief place leader, office leader, secondary center leader, empire leader, that both last only in the empire<management. Being called the ranks: Helpers, upper helpers, Arbeitsleiter, Oberarbeitsleiter, Hauptarbeitsleiter. ...
The Führer created several honor signs for special merits in the party. The "Golden honor sign of the NSDAP" is lent in very rare cases; it is the highest honor sign in Germany. The "blood order" is lent for the participation on the 9th November 1923 (Commander hall) as well as for hard injuries<and longer imprisonment which were suffered in the fight of the movement in front of the power takeover. To Make for all in a long-standing way in the service of the party actively< donated the Führer the "service distinction of the NSDAP" in bronze, silver and gold.
