Erich Ludendorff JHS

#1

Post by JLEES » 23 Dec 2012, 15:42

Toward the end of the 1920s and early 1930s Erich Ludendorff established an organization that was anti-Jewish, anti-Freemason and anti-Jesuit in nature. However, on many of his materials there is a "JHS" printed. What does JHS stand for? It must be German for something?
Thanks,
James

I only found
"Auf dem Schweißleder die Hersteller-Kürzel JHS"
"On the leathern sweat band are the acronyms of the manufacturer stamped" (http://www.hermann-historica.de/auktion/)

After making the posting I found a short Ludendorff text in English: Jewish Historical Society JHS that implies foreign Jewish influence on German society. It appears, maybe, they used the English Jewish Historical Society or JHS commonly. Does that sound correct?
