Yup, a one off prototype destroyed in an Allied Air Raid shortly after completion.

Back to Finland again.

I don't know, I miss a day and you lot do about ten questions and answers !

Piotr, is that a Matilda ? Nice rounded lines of a cast turret with a 2 pounder gun.

This is photo recently seen on eBay.de, maybe still available, Matilda II captured by DAK. I thoght that desert uniforms will be helpful and I'm glad that this question was not answered within 10 minutes ;)

Piotr, As I understand it by 1941 the British Army had stopped calling them the Matilda II as the dear old Matilda I was long gone from service, unusual for an army to show some bureaucratic sense I know.

Now how about this ? Cropped from a pic that I saw for the first time today.

In fact I saw few PzBfWg II photos recently but not this one. And I was not so sure if this is Panzer II or modified Panzer IV turret :)


This one should be hard - name this vehicle.
