Very good, Bill. That's close enough. It's a Ceirano 50CM of an Italian Firefighting Company. Alan, perhaps they just returned from a fire which might explain their unkempt appearance. At least we can give them the benefit of the doubt. :D

Bill, please proceed with the next question!

Thanks very much, Max, the 50 variant was my second choice but I could not find a proper photo.

It gets more and more interesting to find unusual vehicles. I searched for 15 minutes to see if this one had been here before and it does not seem to have been posted. The "tip" is the cammo pattern.

Hi Bill,

that could be the export version of The Russian ZiS - 6 with bumpers and a special cab. But, sorry, I cannot say, in which land they were exported. Maybe in one of the Baltic states?

Best regards

Hi Bert:

Yes, a Zis 6 and the country using it was Lithuania. Photo taken in 1938.

Your turn again.

Hi Bill,

thank You very much. Here the next question: can You ID this confiscated luxury car of a high officer or general of a Fliegerkorps of the Luftwaffe?
(source of the pic: an expired ebay auction). Much luck!

Regards

Bert

Hi Bert,
I think it's a 1939 Buick Century in front of a '39 Dodge.

I think it's time for a clue. Not strictly speaking "Axis" but no doubt a beute at some point. Here is the same model in a more familiar body:

Hi Max,

with Your hint I could finally find the exact type on Your pic: it is a Latil type M 7 T 1 telephone-construction truck with a field-wire laying equipment (dérouleuse teléphonique).

Best regards

Hello Bert,
Excellent work! My French is a little rusty but the site http://www.avant-train-latil.com/galerie_armee.php calls it a
Véhicule LATIL type M7T1, version dérouleuse tout terrain, avec appareil dérouleur type S. 1940.
Your turn now. :)

Max

Hi Max!

In all honesty it wasn´t such an excellent work! Only by the two further pics I could find this vehicle in the book "L´automobile sous l´uniforme" by Francois Vauvillier. But there is a better pic of this vehicle, which I will post here.

No to the next question. Who can ID this vehicle? Much luck!

Regards

Bert
