Yes no doubt about it. I just found your uncropped pic, Bill, with a somewhat surprising driver and passenger !

Hi Max:
As all of us are discovering, it is increasingly difficult to find "normal" quiz photos.
Yes, my photo is a bit "prewar", but I hope it was still acceptable. Bill

No problem, it had WL plates after all which makes the full photo all the more intriguing..
Anyway here's the next one up for grabs:

Re: Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
Hi Bill.
Correct! Here's a photo from pretty much the same angle as the original which shows a passing column of Polish prisoners in the early stage of the war: Back over to you.

Re: Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
Thanks Max.
An interesting subject, a Czech car, presumably operated by the Germans, overseeing a group of Polish prisoners.
I doubt if we well ever see another land army use the variety of military and civilian cars and trucks that the German Military used 1938-1945.
Vehicles from close to 20 countries, hundreds of marques/maybe thousands of different models of these brands etc. etc.
Not even to mention the "Umbau Class" which while not exclusively a German practice, was used by them far more than by other countries.
Back to more "Odds & Sods"......... This photo seems not to be an "action" photo but maybe a publicity shot but I could not find another good shot of this particular vehicle. So, what is it?
