Apparently a basically similar superstructure was used to make improv command tanks on both Ausf. A and B chassis. A dire need for command vehicles may also explain oddities like the Krupp Leichtertraktor derivative at viewtopic.php?f=47&t=73232&p=1211004&hilit=+krupp#p1211004
