Re: Captured Polish Vehicles in German Service
From ebay: at least 8 Polish 7TP tanks in German colours and symbols. Comment was that the were parked in Minsk in 1941. I know that Polizeigruppe Mitte had at least 3 pieces 7TP's but 8?
Doe anyone know more? Are these from a special unit for operation Barbarossa. Zeugamt Magdeburg had stored all 7TP's that were used in 1940 for the Führerbegleitbattalion and subsequently replaced by PzKpfw 38(t). Are these vehicles comming from that?
At least an interesting picture.

Polski Fiat 621L Truck, probably late production (1939?) variant.

Re: Captured Polish Vehicles in German Service
From ebay: captured Polish tanks (7TP single and double turret, and Renault FT). Text with photo said Lodz 1940. In German this is Litzmannstadt. There was a big Panzerwerkstatt (repairshop) that overhauled as much as Polish armour material as possible: 7TP tanks, TKS, C6P tractors etc. From ebay.

Re: Captured Polish Vehicles in German Service
Did any of those captured 7TP's ever fire a shot in anger at a British, French, Norwegian or Soviet combat vehicle? Or were they only used for training and propaganda purposes and - by the Polizei-unit - against partizans in the Soviet Union?
