as far as I remember the last picture correctly
it was that the right tank provide additional electrical power to the left one
which was a prototyp of the Tiger tank with gasoline-electrical power which later resulted in the Elefant/Ferdinand Tank destroyer

Your last 3 pics are different? The first show us a grinding machine and the third a drill machine.
