Re: Bloody Hansa Lloyd/Borgwards
Hi,
here two pics of Hansa-Lloyd/Borgward trucks (source of the pics: expired ebay auctions).
First: type "2-Tonner"
Second: type "Europa III"
Can anybody confirm that? Thanks in advance.
Regards
Bert

Re: Bloody Hansa Lloyd/Borgwards
Morning Bertram
I agree with you on your second pic.
Like my opinion shows the first pic a Borgward 1,5t, other wise called L2000 like my opinion wrong.
The original "2 Tonner" and the "2,5 Tonner" was only produced under the Hansa-Lloyd label. The truck on your first pic get a Borgward sign on the radiotor mask.
best regards
Henning

Re: Bloody Hansa Lloyd/Borgwards
Hi Henning,
thank You very much for the correction and the right identification of the Borgward truck. That´s an excellent advice to look at the sign on the radiator mask. Next time I will pay attention to it.
Best regards
Bert
