A rather fuzzy, far-off, view, but an interesting crane. Some sort of building/construction device.

Hi all,

here two pics of a crane on a heavy semi-track tractor Sd. Kfz. 9. I think it´s the type Sd.Kfz. 9/1 with a 6-ton crane (source of the pics: pic 1: Bundesarchiv Bild 101 - 235 - 0996 - 024); pic 2: flickr.com).
Interesting the text to pic 1: repair of a Panzer III of the 11th Panzerdivision, January/February 1943.

Hello all

found this pic in E-bay

It shows two Faun Cranes working together.
For me its interessting the different form of the " Gegengewichten" :oops: knows someone the english word? :oops: :oops:

Knows someone whow many of this heavy cranes was produced?

Hi,

here an interesting pic of a crane, not a German one, but a captured crane of the RAF, now used by the Luftwaffe. It´s a Coles EMA Crane (EMA = Electric Mobile Aerodrome). (source of the pic: an expired ebay auction).
