Stug III Ausf F. "Bussard" photos

I appreciate any background information concerning Stug III Ausf F. named "Bussard".

1. This one has unit emblem that looks like III. For what unit is this, any thoughts?
2. May be someone has information concerning this "Bussard" vehicle and saw it before.

Three bars without the lower horizontal bar was used (as a variation) by the 3rd SS Panzer Grenadier Div 'Totenkopf' at Kursk, so perhaps this is a post Kursk photo in the winter of 1943
