Re: Photothread: Tractors of the Axis
This same type of vehicle has been identified on at least two other fora as an Austro-Daimler ADMK/WARK or ADMK Mulus. It doesn't look very much like the ADMKs on Holger's site and am seeking a positive ID on this unusual machine, which I'm confident will be forthcoming here.

Re: Photothread: Tractors of the Axis
Hi Max,
The pre-production ADMKs had a tracked suspension with two large road wheels per side. Especially that made them look different from series vehicles.

Re: Photothread: Tractors of the Axis
Thanks very much or clearing that up, Markus. Here's another one. What is the large transverse flywheel sort of thing? Is that a drive belt or just a support bracket?

And towing what looks like a grader. That's interesting. Did the Germans have equipment like that?

Hi Leo,
I don't know if they built any but they certainly acquired some, like this Letourneau scraper (originally posted by Markus).

Sorry, I had already posted this, my memory is far from what it was! Still unaware of the makers/nationalities,
