Hello to all :D; something more........................

Brückenleger IV in action!

Brückenleger IV s (Sturmstegpanzer)

Built in parallel with the Brückenleger IV (bridge layer) in order to help the infantry in the assault on enemy positions by crossing over obstacles with extensible ladders. Its construction began in 1939 but only four of these vehicles were completed in June 1941 and were assigned to the 4. Platoon 3. Company Pz Pi Btl 39 (3. Pz Div), which used them during Barbarossa. The Brückenleger IV s were successfully employed on July 16, 1941 at the river Bassja crossing during the attack on Tschaussy. In some parts of the river it had a width of 25 m and in other 28 m so the two extensions (26 and 30 meters) were employed. Two of the vehicles were put out of service due to mechanical failures. (Report of Pz Pi Btl 39 dated August 13, 1941) ....................

From looking at this thread I believe that this is a Sturmstegpanzer, but where and when are unknown. The back is unmarked, sadly,

Outstanding find.
Interesting, the rollers on the pontoon trailer enabling the pontoon to be rolled off the back. Always thought it was a matter of "merely" lifting it off.
Thanks

Great footage, I like that camo! Although it is maybe applied for the purpose, I see the filmed action is clearly staged in Dr. Goebels factory. :)

Really interesting approach. I also have thought so. Funny how things get clear immediately when you know what to look for. I've just found in my PC a picture of a Pf 11 trailer taken in France in 1940 and on it the pontoon loading/unloading device is deployed and very well visible:
