So could this be a Gnôme-Rône?Also the guy driving the bike has a Family resemblance with the one in the Sidecar in your picture

Well ... really difficult to say ... My knowledge of the motorcycles is very limited ... But the side-car seems to be the same. If it is really a French model and not a Gnôme-Rhône AX2, it could also be a René Gillet G1 or a Terrot VATT for exemple.
