I believe that this is a Renault AHN, but I am not sure what type of body it carries, radio "shack", workshop, or possibly a field kitchen, if that is a chimney at the rear?

I'm not sure if this is field kitchen. All field kitchens I remember had much less windows. This could be easily field post vehicle as well as purser, chancellery etc. paperwork office vehicle conversion. Chimney could be part of heating system useful especially during Eastern Front winters.
