Re: Colour photos of Axis Panzers in WW II
I'm wondering if any one can verify these are authentic, i found them on an Italian web site. They look real enough to me, but the apartments in the back look a little more modern. Anyway if they are athentic then this is one of the best color shots of a Panzer IV camo I've come across to date

Totally authentic I would say.
Buildings are typical 30s. Very modernistic. Got a few blocks like that in London. They look like Italian Futurist designs.
The ones I have seen are not as elaborate in stylistic detail.

The color Panzer IVs are from Panzer Lehr, probably while they were in Hungary. I saw them first about one year ago here:

German troops (with Panzer IV G) in Caucasus Mountains. Looks nice and serene. I don't know if it's already posted in this thread or not...

I think this one might be a coloured B&W photo.

Sam, They are Lehr but they must be post Normandy as they carry the stylised coat of arms of Major Prince Wilhelm von Schönburg-Waldenburg (I hope I spelled that correctly) adopted as a battalion insignia after he was killed in Normandy.
