Here is a Panzer III knocked out in France in 1940. I think the location might be Boulogne (or very close).
Photo is a compilation of old expired e-bay auctions. If someone feels offended because one of these shots is belonging to him/her, please send me a message and I will remove the photos.
Best regards,
David
Hello David,
that´s in Neufchatel, the Panzer III belongs to 2.Panzerdivision.

Re: destroyed and battle damaged AFV photos
The first photo shows "Panzer Tank I Turmtreffer mit Polnischer [37mm] Pak [bei] Tarnow".
On the second photo (Panzer IV) we can see hits from at least three calibres - 75mm, 20mm and 37mm.

Hello,MarioL wrote:Hello David,
the "700" is a possibility.
But i have dozens of Stonne photos, but nowhere is a water tower visible.
Do you know where in Stonne the tower was?
I am discussing with Erik Barbanson, the owner of the photos. So far if I understood correctly the photo does not show one of the first Pz IV knocked out but one hit later, while the French were withdrawing. This 25mm AT gun had been redeplyed and fired at the German tank at the exit of Stonne. On the map here you see the position of the water tower (lower left corner). I will tell you more if have gather extra elements.
Regards,
David

Hello David,
that´s in Neufchatel, the Panzer III belongs to 2.Panzerdivision.
That's definitely close to Boulogne and I found today's location thanks to Google Maps.
It was Nesles-Neufchâtel and is now called Neufchâtel-Hardelot.
It is at the crossing of rue de la Buqueuse, rue de la gare, rue de Samer and rue de Boulogne.
You will also find extra wartime photos and additional information I posted in Tigre's thread (towards the end of first page):

David
