Excuse me for interrupting this fine thread, but that is not a Möbelwagen, since those were built on the chassis on Panzer IV, and the tank in the Photo is definately a Panzer III of the middle production run, judging by its its back, exhausts, and side escape hatches. I have never seen anything like it, but my best guess is that it is some form of Bergepanzer, or maybe Instandsetzungspanzer. Maybe a field conversion?
