To my eyes the W250 has a noticably more pronounced curvature to the grille, so I will agree with Markus that it is likely a W26:

The Horch Kfz 17 shows the divisional emblem of the 23.Panzerdivision (on the left).

Max, the tactical sign on the left mudguard is for a motorised infantry company, I can't make out the number beside it.

a very interesting pic. I would like to know what type of house-type van body it is. It doesn´t have the normal width of the vehicle because of the prolonged distance indicators.
Here another pic of a Ford truck, here a COE. I think it is the type 911 or 991 W (source of the pic: an expired ebay auction).
