I am reasonably sure your car is a Tatra 57K.
See photo below where you can just barely make out the distinguishing style of the grille/radiator mask.

#1 is a Henschel Type 33 D 1: #2 is a Ford BB. From the license plate it was apparently acquired in Saarland:

I can only make a sort of "educated guess" on this one, but I think it was probably originally a Police Car.
Of all of the hundreds of photos I looked at of the Mercedes 230 vehicles of the time, the true "coach built convertible sedans" were much more
luxurious in design and execution than your photo car.
Police cars, on the other hand, were much more practical in design and much less expensive to manufacture.
I will post your photo here again and ask our other members if they have an opinion.
