If you refer to PT 22-2 you should have seen that the illustated vehicle is a mittlerer Entgiftungskraftwagen (Sd.Kfz 11/2) and not a Sd.Kfz. 11/3. The Sd.Kfz. 11/3 had a different box behind the driver's cab in the 1938 version and a closed "hard top" driver's cab in the 1939 version.
Thank you very much for your help, Holger and Granatwerfer

Bert,
#5660: Maybe an Oldsmobile? Looks like there is more cab behind the door, though.

This Opel Admiral's license plate puzzles me. Zwould indicate Rheinprovinz. II Zwould designate Swabia and Neyburg but the first two characters look weird. Any ideas?

As far as I can see its IIZ. That would be Kreis Schwaben in Bavaria.

Thank you, pietvanhees. The tip of the second I that bothered me may be a bracket bolt or just something.

Hi Kerry:

It is, I believe, a 1936 Pontiac. Sometimes, your watermarks make it a bit difficult to ID vehicles. Sorry, I understand the need for watermarks, Kerry, but maybe you could place them so they don't block out the characteristics that would make it easier to ID stuff.

Bill
