Kerry is quite correct.

I have not found a good photo of a set used on spotlamps, but here is one used on main headlamps.

Hi Sturm 78, hi Hans,

once again to the Büssing truck: I think You are right, Sturm 78, that it is a truck with three axes. I think it is the type 801. Here a pic of the successor type 802 (source of the pic: "Das Lastwagen-Album Büssing" by Bernd Regenberg).
