Hi Ilian:
I am reasonably sure this is an International Harvester C300.
They were made from around 1936 to 1940 with minor styling changes and I have seen photos with the doors opening both at the front and the rear.
I agree with you that this one has a coach built cabin and body, quite possibly Belgian or maybe Dutch.
An example photo is below.
