Maybe ugly,but rare photo I think!Looks to me like non-german (french,italian?)

I will answer very carefully here as I have made a lot of ID errors these last weeks. Old Age :oops:

To my eyes, the bus is French and the radiator mask is at least similar to various Renault trucks of the 1935-1939 range.

I am not saying this is the answer, just some observations.

I can not tell the bus, but the radiator mask like maybe the Ford V8 1937.
