Luftwaffe vehicles

Discussions on the vehicles used by the Axis forces.
Long-time forum member Ron Klages (1939 - 2007) generously shared his knowledge and the results of his impressive research with the forum, and this section has therefore been renamed in his honour.

Hi, Bert

Luftwaffe radio mast vehicles have designation Kfz.301, maybe on all chassis.

fireindi64 wrote: I think Kfz 305 are allways 3 tonner with different Einheitskoffer.

I'm agree with Henning.
Kfz.305/38 with roof mounted mast used for VHF system "Michael".

HI,
Interesting shot. The staff car carries the pennant of a Korps and the "II" could be the Roman II. It is my WAG based on the scenery that the picture is from the HQ of II JK, please see:

Hi Sturm,

to the pic of the Büssing-NAG truck. I think it is the type Burglöwe 30 with a payload of 3 tons (source of the pic: "Das Lastwagen-Album Büssing" by Bernd Regenburg.

Regards

Bert

Any idea on this vehicle? On WAF it was possible identified as Ford 1938 Deluxe or Ford 1939 Standard car. Luftwaffe staff car? Photo was taken in September 1940, Rotterdam.
