Re: Luftwaffe vehicles
Ask any radio operator about antennas and they will tell you "the higher the better". Enter the Funkmastkraftwagen (Kfz. 68):

Re: Luftwaffe vehicles
Hi Max,
the VOMAG truck on Your pic is a 5 LR, because the side plate of the engine bonnet is angular in contrast to the rectangular side plate of the engine bonnet of the larger VOMAG type 6 LR.
Best regards
Bert

BMW 309 Kübelwagen alongside several Krupp Protze, presumably in France or Belgium.

The red diamond is a symbol used by Flak Regiment 33 (or at least according to other photos by the seller).

Not Luftwaffe but an NSFK Mercedes-Benz L 2000-L 3000 hauling aircraft remains in Munich.

I believe this is a Magirus M 30a als Sammlerkraftwagen (Kfz. 42).

Re: Luftwaffe vehicles
I think this vehicle is French. Photos taken on Kalamaki beach near Alimos, Greece.

Hi Luftflotte 2,
thank You very much for these interesting color photographs. You are right, it is a French ambulance, a very rare model: Unic type S 20. Here a pic out of the book: "L´automobile sous l´uniforme" by Francois Vauvillier.
Best regards
Bert

Re: Luftwaffe vehicles
Thank you for the I.D. Bert! A Unic is quite uncommon.
