Hi Sturm 78,

thanks for posting this interesting pic. Sorry, I cannot agree with You totally. It is a Mercedes Benz L 1500, but not the ambulance version. It is a so-called "Landpostkraftwagen" of the Deutsche Reichspost, a vehicle of the German postal service modified to an ambulance. Here a pic of such a vehicle out of the book "Mercedes Benz Lastwagen und Omnibusse 1896 - 1986" by Werner Oswald.
