German General ID Help - Reichenau?
German General ID Help - Reichenau?
Hello Guys,
Could anyone here help me to identify this German General?
Looks like Walther von Reichenau?
Notes:
What is the neck cross? Doesn't look like a Knight's Cross.
And also there're some soldiers wearing Pickelhaube as well as M16 helmets on this photo.
Your help will be very appreciated.
Cheers

AlifRafikKhan,
Great one!! Thanks a lot for your information.
I think you're right, according to the list, he was awarded with Knight's Cross 1st Class of the Württemberg Friedrich Order.
Never seen him wearing that cross before.
Again, many thanks for your help

Re: German General ID Help - Reichenau?
The WF3aX was not a neck grade order, it was worn on the medal bar.

Glenn2438,
Any idea what award is that?
I checked von Reichenau's list of decorations here:

The aforementioned award is the most similar in shape.
Cheers

It is Reichenau wearing the Hungarian Merit Order.
