Yes.
BAMA holds extensive records that were never at NARA.
Many German records were held by the British and other Allies and were not held by the USA.

When the Bundesarchiv took over the former eastern german records from Potsdam, they gained so much material that when veterans or their surviving families wanted to give the secretly kept documents to the BA-MA, these were rejected. Simply because the BA-MA ran out of space.
This was told to me by (now former) staff members of the BA-MA.

Hi Jeff,
First off this is an amazing collection, thank you very much for taking the time to make it available.
I am having some problems trying to access T78 R143, the other links all seem to work fine, is it possible you could check the link is correct?
Thanks again.

T78 R143 isn't on my one drive anymore for some reason. I will upload it again at some date. If you really need a copy just PM me with your email address and I will send you a copy.

Edit: I found it in my OneDrive trashcan. It is restored and working now.

Hi all,

I'm delving into the German mobilization history involving OKW and OKH and am looking for rolls T78 R425-430. Please contact me if you are able to help.

I am also looking for information on the 1939 Mobilization plan. Was there a brand new mobilization document issued after the one in 1937 that is on the new Russian site? Or were the various Anlages 1-9?? supplements to the 1937 initial document?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thx

Dan

Hello, everybody!
Somehow you do not show up rolls A3343 series?
I can offer you want to change by appropriate roll for e-books in a series of the Waffen-SS and biographies (eg "Fuehrerlexicon". Berlin 1935).

Albert
