Partial NARA Rolls

#1

Post by Jeff Leach » 02 Aug 2014, 09:28

Would anyone be interested in Parts of some NARA Rolls? Almost all material would cover the French Campaign 1940. I collect material covering the Operation Barbarossa and a lot of these rolls contain some information on the French Campaign - usually 100 to 200 frames of material. I will probably never do more than glance through the material and it is a shame to let it go to waste. Like the other free material, this is just a teaser to get people interested in looking at the material and hopefully to inspire some of them to write about it or to purchase some material. (Sorry but there had to be a self-servicing catch somewhere)

Hi Jeff,

I'll be very interested in what you have. I am planning to write several books on the 1940 French Campaign. They will be from the French point of view, but of course I do not want to just state "the Germans attacked...", I want to identify the regiment/battalion doing the attacking.

Hi Jeff,

I'll be very interested in that material too. I mainly concentrate my research on Heeresgruppe B - AOK 6 and AOK 18 but since we all know "what happened here had its influence over there", I'll be happy with everything that comes in reach.

Best regards,
