Russian archives got a spur recently and continue to publish many interesting documents online. Now scanned copies of the Soviet State Defense Committee (aka GKO) docs from RGASPI archive are available down the link:

That includes both GKO decrees and reports submitted to the GKO from various sources. Unfortunately the interface is in Russian only and scans resolution is wanting to say the least.

I get a message says the scan are only available to users in Russia Federation and Belarus. Otherwise you need to got through Yale University Press.
