Id. german aircraft
Hi all,
Can anyone correctly identify this german glider?
I think it may be a Schneider Flugzeugbau Schulgleiter SG 38, but I am not sure.
Any other wartime photo of this glider will be welcome.

Re: Id. german aircraft
The second one is easy:
D-EZAO was a Focke-Wulf Fw44 J owned by the NSFK.
As for the glider: I also think it is a SG38.

Thank you very much, Auseklis .
As for the glider,.... Uhmmm, I am not sure. Here is another picture of a SG 38 glider and the body does not seem like exactly the same as my first photo.

Re: Id. german aircraft
Hello, I would be willing to venture a guess, though I do not have confidence in my answer.
It may actually be an American glider known as the Cessna CG-2 Glider. though maybe a different model of the glider you mentioned before.
there is a link with a photo or two. http://www.museumofflight.org/aircraft/ ... g-2-glider
Good luck and Cheers.
