Attacking V 1 Launch Sites Dec 1943-March 1944

In assorted literature I've run across refrences to the RAF & USAAF making a sustained bombing campaign against the V 1 storage/launch sites under construction in France & Belgium from approx. Dec 1943. Can anyone recommend a source or sources on this effort? The items I've found are fragmentary & are missing some key information. Some of the key points I'm after are: tonnage bombs used/sorties; damage inflicted; if this set back the deployment of the V 1 by a significant time.

Sources are most welcome & so are any thumbnail sketches from experts on the subject.

Thanks

It was called Operation Crosbow

There have been several good books on the subject.

Here is a paper

Collier, Basil (1976) [1964]. The Battle of the V-Weapons, 1944-1945. Yorkshire: The Emfield Press. ISBN 0-7057-0070-4.
