Bader's Briar here - it's a dataplate for one of the Luftwaffe's most dependable medium bombers, the Junkers Ju 88A-4.
The "Serie" section has the subtype designation for the airframe, the "Zeichn." is actually the manufacturer's serial number, preceded by the RLM (Reich air ministry) airframe number, usually preceded by an "8" in their filing system, then with the "403 158" being the individual aircraft serial number from Junkers Flugzeugwerke. The last "F. M." label is a bit foggy to my mind, but could mean (and I COULD be wrong about this) "Flugzeug-Müster" (aircraft model). giving the full basic manufacturer-based designation of the aircraft.
