Just joined the forum today and was quite excited to see this! There is a small airstrip about 10 miles from me and for the past many years, up until 2014 when it was sold I had the pleasure of seeing and and hearing the only flying example in the world of this aircraft flying low over my home on sunny summer afternoons. They took it out quite frequently and seemed to enjoy heading straight to Lake Erie and fly along the shoreline where I live. Russell Aircraft Group also owned and flew a Spitfire and a P51 Mustang over the area. I've been quite a lucky guy to have had these in the sky over my home!
